Bank Care Assistants / Senior Care Assistants - care home for older people
Description
At Balcombe Place care home, we are looking for experienced Carers and Senior Carers to join our Bank Staff team. Ideally you will have worked as a Carer with older people in a nursing home and hold NVQ2 or NVQ3 in Care.
Key Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, understand the needs of the residents, an affinity towards older people, work in partnership with other members of the team.
