Description
The Gannet in Finnieston, Glasgow (3 Rosettes and current AA Restaurant of the Year for Scotland) is looking to recruit 2 chefs (one chef de Partie, and one Sous / Junior Sous Chef). This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting, award winning restaurant kitchen.
The right candidates will have experience of working at a good level (minimum 2 years for CDP, 5 years for Sous / Junior Sous), at least 2 Rosette standard. They will be used to working independently to exacting standards in a busy kitchen and be serious about developing their career as a professional chef. Only serious, committed candidates with the relevant skills and experience need apply for these positions. People without professional experience will not be considered.
Competitive salaries can be offered and will be dependent on skills and experience.
