Dog crate or several wee puppies. Large crate. Fitted my Labrador, then Golden Retriever, Will fit most large dogs up to age of one. My puppies only slept in it at night and the door left open in the day. With training, it becomes a safe retreat for puppy and for training purposes. We placed a dish of food in there so it would be a rewarding place to go to. Never had any of my two puppies cry at night. Great if you go out shopping for an hour, stop puppy wracking room.
