FOH & BAR MANAGEMENT required for NEW Wine/Tapas Bar & Busy Village Pub
Description
This is a call for fun, motivated, efficient and bubbly FOH and Bar Management. Working for a small, family-run, independent company with three successful venues all based in the Nailsworth area, including a busy café, award-winning pub and soon to be cocktail and tapas bar in the centre of town.
Over the 5 years since our first business began we’ve built up a strong team of FOH staff, but with the addition of this new venture we are now looking for two competent managers to join us at both our pub and wine bar site to ensure the smooth running of service across the board.
We offer a competitive salary, based on experience and are committed to ensuring a fair and balanced rota. We have the potential to offer accommodation as part of the pay package. As expected within the hospitality industry, we do require a certain amount of flexibility from all our employees with regards to availability, you will be expected to work evenings and weekends, however if you have any commitments let us know in the interview stage and we will see if we can make allowances.
Our main criteria are; common sense, attention to detail, ability to keep your cool under pressure and a passion for food, drink and customer service.

• Organising the ales and cellar
• Ordering and stock control
• Budgeting and rotas

We encourage your personality to shine and for our customers to want to keep coming back because of the standard of service, so, enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude is key. We want to create a fun working environment, and that is all down to a manager who can enforce the rules that are vital to running a busy venue but equally one who can do it with respect for the rest of the staff who are the glue of the business.
