Issues:
*Fan needs to be replaced, very loud but still works.
*Sound not working from external speakers but headphone jack still works.
*Keyboard backlight not working, keyboard works fine, so does the auto brightness sensor.

All of these problems exist following a service at a local IT repair shop, I took it back for them to fix the issues they created but they did not seem interested and kept the machine for a month with little or nothing done.
