Stores/Customer Service Person
We currently have a vacancy for a customer service/stores person at our busy premises in Forres. Duties include: Dealing with customers over the counter and on the telephone, loading and unloading of machines, booking in machinery for repair and logging details on computer system, taking orders from customers, identifying and ordering spare parts and machinery for customers and the workshop, sharpening of knives and chainsaws chains, discussing machinery requirements with customers and generating sales.
The ideal candidate should have:
Customer Service Experience
Excellent Computer Skills
A good Telephone Manner
The ability to work on their own initiative
Mechanical Knowledge and Sales experience would be an advantage, however training will be given. This is a permanent position with 20-25 working hours per week however this may increase during our busy season.
