Part Time Lettings Manager

Part-time Lettings Manager required to manage a portfolio of properties in the Greater Manchester area. Ideally will be familiar with property management and be computer literate. Will be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the lettings market in the Manchester area.

Must be a self starter and be able to work on own inititative, a natural organiser who is capable of dealing with Landlords and Tenants at all levels. Must have clean driving licence and be able to work evenings and Saturdays on occasions.

Estate agency experience preferred but not essential.

Six month probationary period. References required.

Salary dependent on experience
