Very very sturdy!!! You may have the choice of having a more firm feel with the thick boards of wood or have a bit more of a softer feel without the boards of wood utilising the flexible wood slats displayed in the 2nd photo. Everyone is different, I prefer firmness.
Memory foam mattress. Please note in the photos, the multiple sheet covers we use to protect the mattress. We use not only a mattress liner but a moisture proof liner over the liner, all under the sheets we sleep on. The mattress is only a year and a half old as well, both frame and mattress were purchased at the same time.
We are upgrading to a super king so that is why we are selling.
