Full Time Duty Manager/ Head Housekeeper Needed

A position has come available for a Full Time Duty Manager/Head Housekeeper,needed at a bussy Nottingham Hotel(Guest House). Must be able to deal with customers over the phone and in person.

Your duties will include:

Taking reservations, handling complaints, answering the phone, checking people in/out, keeping up to date with the booking diary, inputting information, sending invoices, housekeeping & general duties.
Cooking/DIY experience would be a great bonus but is not required.

The ideal candidate MUST be punctual, friendly, reliable and be able to handle complaints. Experience isn't necessary but would be helpful.

The hours are Monday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday 12-8pm or the possibility of a live in role. Immediate start.
