The house is in a quite road just 1 min walk to supermarkets, pubs and shops on North Street and 20 min walk to the city centre.
£ 450 per month all bills and council tax included apart from internet which is £6.40 per month.
The room will be available from the 31st of August and it comes with just a wardrobe. It's situated in the front of the house on the ground floor.
Right now there are 2 guys and 3 girls living here and a girl would be preferred to keep the same numbers.
