Large double room in Newington available now until September 1st.

Fully furnished and ready to go. Close to the meadows and short walk to Royal Mile and city centre, good transport links to all other areas. There are two current flatmates, both female around 25 years old, zero hassle to live with.

There is a bright kitchen and small spare room we use as a living room (although there is a sofa in the bedroom too). Toilet is in a separate room from the bath/shower room.

Putting it up here for £300 including all bills and internet for the remainder of the month (£100 per week) - ideally looking for someone to take it for the full duration.
