The room in question has a separate entrance and its own ensuite, it is set at a quieter and more private end of the house on the ground floor facing onto the garden area.
Other communal amenities include: two well equipped kitchens, three shower rooms, a separate toilet room, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, garden shed, outhouse and patio garden. An operational phone point and internet access is also available. For internet access, the contract will need to be set up by tenants but the phone line and facilities are installed and operational. Utility bills are very reasonable and shared among tenants in the property.
The property is HMO certified and is annually assessed to ensure compliance with gas, electric and fire safety regulations.
