The maisonette has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is also communal bike storage (both within and outside the building).
Walking distance to Cabot Circus/Centre (15-20 mins), excellent transport service (buses 6, 7, 41, 43, 44, 45, you get the centre in 5-7 mins), a few yards from LIDL and Lawrence Hill rail station.

I am renting two rooms, namely:

MASTER BEDROOM (en-suite bathroom, Queen bed, 2-door mirrored wardrobe, mirrored bedside table)

BEDROOM 2 (cupboard, double bed, mirrored chest of drawers, desk)

Looking for a clean, tidy, serious person. It does not matter if you are student or professional, what DOES matter is that you need to be:
-serious, mature
-No trouble-giving

Deposit is 400£ and minimum tenancy is 12 months (will evaluate shorter let on a case by case basis).
Monthly rent is

MASTER BEDROOM: £580 PER MONTH (available to couples for £650) - available from 9th August
BEDROOM 2: £500 (available to couples for £570) - available from 29th July

All bills are included (electricity, water, gas, internet, council tax and all communal expenses), which are worth in excess of £300 per month.

I am the landlord and am available for inspections July 26th to 28th. If these dates do not suit you, I will ask my current tenants to arrange a viewing for you.
