Large bedroom in friendly and spacious Victorian semi

Description
We're looking for someone friendly and laid back to join a comfy houseshare on the Chorlton/Stretford boarder. The house is an unusually large 3 bed - e. g. with 2 living rooms, a large kitchen, and a huge cellar for storage. There's a pretty garden with a shed for bikes and some decking for BBQs. The house has all the equipment you'd expect: full wireless broadband, washing machine, microwave, but no dishwasher or clothes dryer as yet. The bathroom and two main living rooms have both been recently redone (see pictures), so we have wood floors and a living flame hearth - lovely. Bills aren't included in the rent - with council tax these will come to around £90 /month with three of us in the house.
Location: the house is 1. 4 miles from the centre of Chorlton (though you can also take a shortcut through the park). The Metro is 10 minutes walk away, and there is a Co-Op shop about 2 minutes walk away (very handy!), the University of Manchester on Oxford road is a 15-20 minute cycle away, and BBC's Media City in Salford is also about 15 minutes by bike. We are on a direct bus route into the center of town which takes 15-20 mins (Buses 250 & 255). Our street is quite small and friendly, with a good community feeling. There is plenty of on-street parking (reserved for residents only when there is a football match at Old Trafford).
People: I’m late 30's, from New Zealand a long time ago, and work at the Uni. of Manchester. I own the house, which means I keep everything in good nick, but am keen to share with friendly people. In terms of interests, I’m a radio-4 addict (so be prepared to hear that around the house), and also enjoy cycling, climbing, kayaking, camping, and the like. I'm in the process of moving to Cardiff, so am mainly not here (just a night or so per month). Emma and Clare (mid 30's) have just moved in - Emma is in admin at the Trafford Cricket ground, and Clare is retraining with a PGCE to be a history teacher. All very friendly!
