I'm looking for somewhere new to live in the next few months. I've rented the same property for 24 years and I'm a reliable, hard working single woman who's quiet, sociable and a good communicator. I can give good references. It can be a large studio, flat or small house. My needs are few, apart from a good heating system, clean fresh accommodation that's partly, or completely unfurnished, although white goods would be helpful.
If you have anything like that that's available by the end of October, early November, I'd be grateful. I'm looking ideally, for a long-term let. Reliable tenant, and happy to meet up. Gwynedd area, preferably either Bangor, Felinheli or Bethesda.
