We currently occupy a spacious 5 person flat in Easter Dalry Drive and due to a late change in flatmates, we are looking for either a graduate or indeed working person to move in. Come the summer, due to people moving out, there will be 4 residents (three of whom, male and 2 female, are going into their 4th year at Edinburgh Napier University. The other, is a recent graduate from Napier, so ideally we are looking for someone to split the council tax with him.
It is a modern two floor flat, with a kitchen, separate living room, two bathrooms and multiple storage space. Excellent location, very central, situated roughly a 5 minute walk from Haymarket station and bus links are readily available. Rent stands at £385 per month. All bedrooms have a double room, wardrobe, chest of drawers as well as a desk and chair.
We are more than happy for anybody interested to come and view the flat, as people understandably want more than just pictures.
