Wood cabin set in just under an acre of native bluebell woodland in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Freehold.
The cabin
The cabin is 5m x 5m and is fitted out with kitchen units, woodburner 12v power supply from solar panels. There is a large covered veranda with views for miles around.
Externally
Outside is a 10ft x5ft storage shed and a 6ft x4ft shed with a toilet and sink connected to a sespit. There is a shower tray in but not yet connected.
There is a private driveway leading to the cabin with plenty of parking for cars.
The woodland
There is a patch of hazel coppice with some mid aged oaks scattered throughout. Other tree species include birch, hawthorn, sycamore, holly and willow. In spring there is a carpet of bluebells and foxgloves galore. There is an open area with great view due to the raised location.
Wildlife
Many different small birds visit the bird feeder throughout the year including a woodpecker. There are buzzards and red kites regularly flying around. Badgers and foxes are around too.
