We have a nice twin room with two single beds to rent from September! The apartment is cosy, nicely decorated, perfectly clean and newly furnished. There is also a small double room and a twin room to rent as well.
The rent is £190.00 per week - £760.00 a month, bills included. We do require a deposit of £500. The room will be available from the 5th of September until mid/late December, with the possibility of renewing the contract from January onwards.
The property is situated in the Grassmarket area, a charming, dynamic busy neighbourhood with many little shops and several pubs located in the picturesque heart of Edinburgh's Old Town . Edinburgh University's George Square Campus and Edinburgh College of Art are a mere 10 minute walk, with additional shuttle bus connections to Edinburgh University's King's Buildings. There are also many bus connections to other areas of the city.
The apartment is ideal for, but not exclusive to, students on exchange programmes and internships.
