We have a twin/triple room available in our friendly house share. The room is bright and private. It has three single beds, wardrobes and a desk. The rent for the room is £600 per calendar month and all bills are included.
The house is in a great location and you will have an excellent transport links. It is a 5 min walk from South Wimbledon Underground (which means 6 min to Tooting Broadway, 12 min to Clapham Common, 27 min to London Bridge), 10 min walk from Colliers Wood Underground. There are plenty of local shops around and in a short distance you will find three shopping centre.
We require a months rent on the 1st, months deposit and £195 agency fee for the contracts, inventory and check-in.
No pets, no children, no DSS.
