Made in Italy by Tosco. Tosco founded by the grandson of UPIP founder Mr Rosati, Buiani and Giovanni Spadacini in 1973. The brand lasted until 1979 before it changed names. Bob Zildjian of Sabian was a shareholder/partner and had a lot of input into their products.
This B20 cymbal is approx 50cm or 19 1/2 inches. Not roto-cast as it sometimes thought.
