That's why our volunteers are always around to give anyone who is struggling to cope the space and time to talk in confidence.
Find out about joining us so that you could be there when someone calls. You could make all the difference when someone is in despair or needs emotional support.
We provide structured training in a warm, welcoming and supportive branch located in Whitehaven.
