This is My beloved Suzuki Bandit 600cc.
its a 1996 MK1 model
Since owning the bike I have done the following work
- End can (Delkevic stubby can) which is very loud and makes heads turn everywhere. It has also stopped cars from turning into me so many times.
- whole new set of carbs from a low mileage bandit as the previous carbs started to play up.
-when I first bought the bike from a garage,they had just sprayed the petrol tank a dark green, and makes the bike look a lot better than stock.
- mini LED indicators on the back and small indicators on the front.
- After market low straight street fighter handlebars have been fitted previously to me buying the bike.
- front tyre which has covered about 100 miles
problems
This bike has no problems, runs really well.
if i was to be picky there is a minor crack in the headlamp lens, which has been covered up with a bit of plastic but has been on the bike since i have owned it and has not effected anything at all. (A new cover would probably cost nothing but it is so minor that i have never bothered)
also, (a common bandit issue), the key needs a little wiggle when Turing ignition.
how its been kept
Has always been garaged at night, and i have a car as well so I haven't ever purposely been out on the bike in the rain, but living in England has meant that i have been caught in the rain a few times but over all this bike has been cared for by myself really well.
will be sad the see her go, but the reason for my sale is because I am saving as much money together as I can for a new house.
