RECORDING STUDIO TELEPHONIST
Description
We are based in the heart of London Bridge, A recording studio which is expanding over London quickly need your help. We provide Recording, Mixing, Mastering and Music videos.
We are currently looking for a telephonists from 11 am to 11pm everyday must be well spoken and be a female aged 25 to 35. You get paid per call but not paid if you miss calls 20% commission on every session booked from your call.
Your role would include:
1) Answering calls from clients and dealing with enquiries, bookings, etc
2) Helping clients navigate and book a session on the website
3) Contacting Engineers to confirm paid sesisons
4) Know how to upsell a call to get clients to book block sessions, half days etc.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:
. Good spoken and written English
. Excellent telephone manner
. Accurate with good attention to detail
. Computer literate
. Punctual and reliable
Experience not essential, but a "can do" approach is.
