Lovely single room on offer in a modern townhouse just off De Beauvoir Square and only 5 mins walk to Haggerston Overground Station.
The room is a nice sized single room that will come furnished with a single bed, side table and shelves/hanging space for clothes. As 3 rooms in the house have ensuite bathrooms you will only have to share the nice large bathroom, on the same floor as the bedroom, with 1 other person.
The house is modern and spacious set over three floors. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dinning and living room. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, oven, separate gas hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. We share the essentials- plates, pots, cutlery etc. There is a large dining table just off the kitchen and then a cosy living room, with Sky tv, that then opens into our garden. It is the perfect space for relaxing in or entertaining friends, especially in the summer. There is also a downstairs toilet and space to store bikes inside. We also all chip in to pay for a cleaner who comes once a week.
You will be sharing the house with 4 other lovely housemates- 2 guys and 2 girls. They all work in a range of industries: fashion, journalism, finance and marketing. Although everyone in the house has a busy life we like to all catch up when we can and maybe have dinner, a glass of wine or watch tv together.
We are looking for a friendly professional person to replace me in the house. I am only moving as I am moving in with my boyfriend.
The house is in an amazing loction. It is 5 mins walk to Haggerston station or buses into central London. With loads of bars, restaurants, cafes and nightlife nearby. There is a small Tesco Metro next to Haggerston Station or a large Sainsbury's 10 mins walk in Dalston. Dalston, Shoreditch, London Fields, Angel and Stoke Newington are either walking distance or easily accessible by bus.
The room is £524 pcm not including bills. Bills per month would be around another £100 on top but that includes: council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband, sky tv and a weekly cleaner.
The room will be available around the 6th August.
