We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our 3 bedroom house in St Paul's. The house is 10 minutes' walk from the city centre and Stoke's Croft, it's a truly central location. The rent is £450 per month plus bills, the other costs will be agency fees and 6 weeks' deposit. You will also need to be employed full-time or have a guarantor to pass the credit check. My housemate and I are looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, but who is up for socialising and making a the house your home!
