Board Fault Locator (BFL) functional and VI testing of 5 volt digital ICs in circuit. 7400s, 4000s, CPUs, read EPROMs etc.
Analogue IC Testing Station (ATS) functional and VI testing of analogue ICs in circuit. Transistors, op-amps, opto-couplers etc.
Multiple Instrument Station (MIS3) digital oscilloscope, multimeter, I/O, frequency counter and function generator.
It's operator software allows you to create a test routine for all the components on a known good PCB and save results for later comparison against a faulty PCB.
Or you can just quickly test individual components.
All three modules are in a standard 5.25 inch bay. Includes out of circuit adaptors, leads, computer, monitor, PCI interface cards and a power supply for use with the ATS module.

Please note, the scope (MIS3 module) is an extra £350 as these are over £2000 new.
If you buy all three modules, I will include their £1500 PremierLink software which is used to create your own IC tests for ICs which are not in the library.
