Festival let. Spacious double room

Double bedroom to let throughout festival, would prefer someone for the duration but willing to consider weekly even 3+ nights.
Owner lives in house. Must be ok with cats although they are in the garden mostly or sleeping wherever I am. Also sharing with a Spanish girl.
The house is 10 mins on bus (many services and night bus also) or 25 min walk to royal mile in a lovely quiet suburban area with supermarket 5 mins away and pubs and places to eat.
Use of all bathroom,kitchen facilities (there will be half a fridge, freezer and cupboard available for use) and garden - living-room during day all weekdays. Wi-Fi, instant hot water for shower etc. Basically its a home so everything you would expect to live comfortably. I'm in the middle of decorating the hall so apologies it looks bare.

I work full time so would appreciate showing respect if coming in late.

£175 per week for 1 person or £250 per week for 2 people max.
