This property is ideally situated for The Edinburgh Festival and is particularly close to The Festival Theatre and The Pleasance. It is a 16 minute walk from Princes St., a 14 minute walk from Waverley Train station and just a 6 minute walk from The Royal Mile.

Please note that this is a flat situated on the 3rd floor with no lift, and so may be challenging for the elderly, infirm and young children.
