The flat is in a modern building block situated near the Shad Thames area and Butlers Wharf. It is approximately 5 minutes walk to Shad Thames. It is also 5mins to Bermondsey Tube Station.

The area offers lots of bars, restaurants and pubs and is also close to Bermondsey Street. London Bridge and Borough Market is 15-20 minutes away.

The other tenant is myself.

The rent is £785. 00 pcm excluding bills ( electricity/ council tax/tv/ telephone).

if the new tenant agrees I would like to get a cleaner every two weeks.

I am a very relaxed person to live with. I like to create a warm atmosphere . I had a great friendship with the last person I lived with - she became a good friend.
