We have a double room available in our friendly house share. The room is bright and private. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a bedside cabinet. The rent for the room is £500 per calendar month and all bills are included.
The house is in a great location. It is a 5 min walk from Tooting Bec Underground (Northern Line). The station is in TravelCard Zone 3. Close to Tooting Bec Lido. There are plenty of local shops around and in a short distance you will find big Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl, gym, restaurants, etc.
We require a months rent on the 1st, months deposit and £195 agency fee for the contracts, inventory and check-in.
No pets, no children, no DSS.
