Description
We're looking for a new housemate to share with two guys. We're a mature student/sound engineer and an ecologist. It's Mid-sized double (unfurnished) room in a terraced house available in Easton from 1st August (possibly earlier if needed). Close to St. Marks road shops and the Greenbank pub. We’re both pretty busy and work alot but it's a relaxed, friendly and sociable place to live. Ideally we want some one whose clean and tidy. Also not really a party house but we go out a fair bit and enjoy the local pubs a lot. £400pm (All bills are included). No agency fees. Send us a text and we'll get back to you.
