I have a large single room available in a modern, clean quiet flat in the woodlands area from the 10/08/16. The rent is payable monthly in advanced and there is also a £300 security deposit required. The flat is ideally located for public transport and late night shopping, and very close to the Universities.
Currently there is 3 tenants two of which are students and one working, and we are looking for a fourth person who can be either a student or working class.
